If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full appointment fee.
Since Ayurvedic treatments and therapies are personalized services, refunds for completed or partially completed treatments are generally not available. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
For Ayurvedic products purchased through our center:
Any payment gateway or transaction charges incurred during the original payment will not be refunded. The refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
